Join us for an introductory squash session designed to get you moving, learning and having fun.
You’ll start with a relaxed class that teaches the basics of the game — grip, stance, simple shots and court movement — led by an England Squash certified instructor. After a short explanation and demonstration, everyone will get time on court to hit balls, practise the skills you’ve learned and receive individual tips to build confidence.
Lessons are delivered in small groups of four, so you’ll be paired with three other local players from your community. This keeps the atmosphere supportive and social while giving you plenty of ball time and tailored coaching.
All abilities welcome — whether you’ve never picked up a racquet or you’re returning to the court! Bring comfortable sportswear, non-marking trainers and a willingness to try something new.
